The sleeping area is equipped with a queen sized Murphy bed that folds down for comfortable sleeping. In addition, a queen sized electrically inflatable mattress is included for guest sleeping. A new dresser and a mirrored closet is also included along with storage attached to the Murphy bed 

The bathroom has a full sized bath/shower and modern fixtures.

In addition, a large private patio for owners and guests has picnic tables, extra large swimming pool, lounge chairs and barbecue grill.

Easy access directly to the beach is waiting for you.

There is also a main entrance sitting room, elevators to upper floors (two on site laundry rooms are available) and a recreation room for special occasions, etc.
